Once described as “Zumba on the floor for your abs”, Pilates Jam takes traditional Pilates exercises and is choreographed to music. This class takes advantages of the timing music provides to perform Pilates exercises in a controlled manner. With an emphasis on body-weight exercises that target the core, hip flexors, glutes, and low back, each class is choreographed to changes in tempo and tension for a more efficient work out. The traditional Pilates exercises that are fundamental for a powerful core are enhanced by these changes in speed and are in sync with fun music for a unique Pilates workout.

Zumba® is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

​

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

It's important to stretch your muscles, but as with everything, there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it, and doing it the wrong way can cause more harm than good. In the GroupX Rx stretch class, you will learn about the different muscle groups and how to properly stretch to keep your muscles in the best condition possible.
